These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and PlayAja (hereinafter referred to as "PlayAja", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://playaja.cam.
By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through PlayAja, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Each individual may hold only one active PlayAja Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. PlayAja employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts.
Current employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of PlayAja and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold active player accounts or participate in any promotional offer. Any accounts identified as belonging to such individuals will be closed immediately.
To register an Account, Users must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including full legal name, date of birth, email address, and country of residence. Provision of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
Before any withdrawal can be processed, PlayAja requires all Account Holders to complete KYC verification. Accepted documents include:
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. PlayAja strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Any activity conducted under a User's Account is deemed to have been authorised by that User unless PlayAja is notified of unauthorised access immediately upon discovery.
All PlayAja Accounts are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). There is no option to hold a balance in any other currency. No currency conversion fees are charged by PlayAja; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
PlayAja accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, RHB, AmBank), Visa, Mastercard, and approved cryptocurrency channels (BTC, USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may change and is subject to applicable agreements with payment processors.
PlayAja targets the following processing times for verified accounts: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 15–30 minutes; bank transfers via DuitNow and FPX within 1–3 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 1–4 hours. These timelines are targets and may be affected by network conditions, payment provider delays, or security reviews.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that belongs to the Account Holder. PlayAja reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds. Withdrawals will not be processed until all active bonus wagering requirements have been met or the bonus has been forfeited.
New Account Holders may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus of up to MYR 2,880 distributed across a specified number of qualifying deposits. Exact bonus structures, percentages, and qualifying deposit amounts are published on the applicable promotion pages and may be updated from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a 25x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount received. Game contribution rates towards wagering requirements are as follows:
PlayAja reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee outcomes regardless of result; coordinating with other accounts; exploiting errors or lopholes in promotion structures.
Bonus funds that remain unused or for which wagering requirements have not been met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited will expire and be automatically removed from the Account Balance. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable.
Referal bonuses are paid on the condition that the referred individual successfully registers a new account, completes KYC verification, and makes a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals and referrals involving duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated referal rewards.
All bets placed on PlayAja are subject to the specific game or market rules applicable at the time of the wager. Rules are published within each game or betting market. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that particular transaction.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, table, and sport. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface. PlayAja reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a technical failure, server outage, or game error that results in an incomplete game round, PlayAja will take reasonable steps to settle affected bets fairly. Where the outcome cannot be determined, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned to the Account Balance. PlayAja's decision in such matters is final.
Sports betting markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other international sports are governed by PlayAja's Sports Betting Rules, which are available within the sports betting section of the platform. Rules covering settlement, void bets, and live in-play conditions are specified therein.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, republished, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of PlayAja or the applicable rights holder.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PlayAja shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
PlayAja does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PlayAja's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
PlayAja reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: a User has breached any provision of these Terms; suspicious activity has been detected; a User's account is subject to a dispute, chargeback, or fraud investigation; or PlayAja is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting PlayAja customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following account closure.
Upon termination, the User's licence to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall remain in full force.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PlayAja holds its primary operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
Users in Malaysia are reminded that these Terms do not constitute legal advice and that they bear sole responsibility for compliance with Malaysian laws including, but not limited to, the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and Betting Act 1953. PlayAja does not make representations about the legality of its services for users in Malaysia.
PlayAja reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, PlayAja will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
